Anna Bay Village is seeking a Maintenance Officer/Handyperson to join our friendly over-50s lifestyle village community.

 This hands-on role is responsible for the presentation, upkeep, and general maintenance of the village grounds and facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

 Key responsibilities include:

• General maintenance and repairs

• Pool upkeep

• Grounds and garden upkeep

• Assisting with the overall presentation of the village

• Responding to maintenance requests as required by management

This position is currently offered at approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility for the right applicant. Accommodation may also be available.

 We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical, and takes pride in their work. Previous maintenance or handyman experience is preferred but not essential.
