our client Duroyce Pty Ltd   are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Storeperson(Store Assistant  ) to join our busy service station team and popular  ARKO branded  Petrol station at Dubbo East NSW 2830. The successful applicant will assist with stock handling, inventory management, and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Task & Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unpack, label, and store incoming stock and deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
  •  Conduct stock takes and inventory checks to monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records.
  • Organise and replenish stock displays, including night fill duties for shelves, refrigerators, and freezers.
  •  Assist with ordering stock and monitoring inventory levels for retail and food products.
  • Reconcile underground fuel stock by matching physical tank levels with system records, monitor inventory for discrepancies or shortages, place fuel orders and coordinate fuel deliveries with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Operate the console and computer system for cash handling, EFTPOS transactions, stock checking, and product labelling.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and company procedures.
  • Provide customer service by assisting customers with purchases, enquiries, and general store support.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or service station environment preferred(At least two years)
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks
  • Basic computer and record-keeping skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Reliable, honest, and punctual
