We are seeking an experienced and confident Sous Chef / Lead Cook to join our growing team. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, leading service, supporting and mentoring team members, and ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment. While menu development and culinary direction remain the responsibility of our Head Chef, you will be trusted to oversee kitchen operations, maintain food safety and quality standards, and help deliver exceptional experiences across both our destination café and wedding venue.

Our venue is home to beautiful weddings and special events, while also operating as a destination café three days a week. We are passionate about delivering outstanding food, warm hospitality, and memorable experiences for every guest who visits us. We have a supportive team culture and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading by example, and thrives in a busy kitchen environment.
