THE BROKEN HILL PUB is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef/Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences for our patrons.
The successful candidate will play a key role in menu preparation, daily kitchen operations, stock control, food safety compliance, and maintaining consistent food quality standards. You will work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service while bringing creativity, professionalism, and strong culinary skills to the role.
