We are seeking experienced Machinery Supervisors to join our team in Curlwaa, NSW. You will oversee the operation, maintenance, and coordination of our farm machinery and equipment. This full-time role supports farm operations activities and ensures smooth and efficient daily farming operations.
Your Role
As a Machinery Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing farm machinery operations to meet production goals. You will ensure our equipment is maintained in optimal condition and keep equipment downtimes to a minimum. You will oversee and supervise a team of machinery operators as well as devise and monitor work schedules. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, organization, and leadership in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
