We are the market leaders in Australian citrus, berries, avocado, grapes, mushrooms, tomatoes and bananas. We are seeking experienced Fork Lift Drivers to join our team in Curlwaa, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Fork Lift Drivers to join Costa's Pty Ltd. 

Your Role

As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for loading and unloading produce, transporting stock to and from the packhouse, and ensuring all forklift operations are carried out safely and efficiently. During harvest, you will focus on logistics for incoming and outgoing produce, while in the off-season, you will support general farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive forklifts safely within the packing shed and farm environment.
  • Load and unload produce and materials for distribution.
  • Transport stock efficiently between storage stations.
  • Ensure all produce is properly stored, sealed, and handled with care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of forklift operations.
  • Follow all traffic management procedures and workplace safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of forklifts and work areas.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualifications:
  • LF Forklift License or equivalent.
  • Cert II or Cert III in a relevant field (desirable).

Experience: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of traffic management and compliance.
  • Technical & Workplace Skills: 
  • Good record-keeping and attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and OHS compliance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $65,000 – $75,000 plus overtime and superannuation.
